i rate it 2 because its sad how we are getting kicked out . like thats not fair we dont do nothing and its the fact that were struggling and this is the only place we want to live in. and im here crying because i dont want to leave like this is just sad.and i lived in this building for my whole life.like just please give us another chance or let us move to a new door number

I moved 2 1/2 yrs ago to White oak apartment and I really love and enjoying the place for:
Pros
Location: convenient to public transportation, shopping centers, restaurants, parks and highways.
Amenities: it has a mini gym, playground for kids,laundries facilitates which located on both sides of the building on every floor, has enough parking available, about parking you can have out side parking which is free or pay monthly for the garage which is not pricey and great for the cold and hot season.
Apartment Layout: I love the layout and the size of the apartment. Each rooms has spacious space, I live in on 15th floor with balcony and the views are breeze taking. I can watch the horizon and the city. It's so beautiful and enjoyable.
Management and Maintenance: I can say management and maintenance staff are helpful and cooperative . They are fast to responses for maintenance requests. I'm thankful for that.
Cleanness: it's a tidy, very clean apartment.
Value for money: affordabile and worth to live in compared to similar apartments in the area.
Cons.
There is only one door to access for shopping cart and its a very long way to the elevators.
The only wish I have for white oak apartment is to have access for wheelchairs and shopping carts from garage and every entries doors. I hope managements will come up with something to make life easier for tenants.
Over all, my experience live in white oak apartment so far is great and 10/10. I recommended to every one who wants to live in clean, quiet, peaceful and affordable apartments then this is for you.
