      image I stayed in this apartment for over 5 years, Brian is amazing, great guy i got to say. The alarm goes off every damn minute, the surroundings is crazy filled with kids taking drugs and breaking into homes. You cant sleep at night without hearing your neighbors snoring and fighting and even being intimate. You will never get your security deposit back. They bring all kinds of motives when you leave to not give you that deposit back. Prices skyrocketing in Ava with crazy amenities and surroundings. I wont recommend anyone staying here even for free . Run for your dear life. They also charged me for using the stove and the shower. Also charged me for TV holes which is allowed in all apartments. Before i left i cleaned my apartment and took pics for evidence but they still charged me just keep my securing deposit.
