When I came there the dark skinned black ladies with braids had such a horrible attitude when i got there she did not acknowledge me until minutes later . I came there to get my daughters birth certificate when she told me to look at it to make sure its correct made me believe that if it wasnt that she would change it . She told me that I need to send it to Baltimore to get it fixed . Since she put the wrong age of my boyfriend on the certificate I asked her to change it she would not do it at all , which made me upset . This is my first time using you guys services and I am not pleased .
