this location seemingly is under new management, which is very unfortunate. the man working today (2/24/24) around noon blatantly lied about the mailbox fees. each time he opened his mouth he quoted different prices. he refused to provide documentation showing the mailbox fees. i have seen other recent reviews for this location indicating fraudulent activity. please reprimand this employee; he is very rude and dishonest.
i canceled my mailbox service at this location today 2/24/24 , after three years doing business at this location with no prior issues.

Sid and his team were professional and polite. Everything you want in a UPS store. The store is on the smaller end but a convenient and efficient stop right off Rockville Pike.

She was knowledgeable about the services, efficient in handling my package, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. Matt was fast and friendly, offered shipping box and copied my torn shipping label for better legibility. Also reminded me to take the batteries out of my device.
