My son had a day stay surgery last month. Myself being from another state was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful everyone was from arriving intake, to the gift shop, cafe, the nurses, doctors and staff.

The wait can be long because so many people get sick and come flooding in at the same time, so its hard for rooms to be available, and people forget to extend compassion and care to the staff and doctors as well because everyone is going through a hard time! However, the staff and doctors have been amazingly supportive and helpful every time Ive come here, and Ive received above and beyond care from them! They were genuine and asked questions and listened to what I had to say! They dug deep! Thank you Northwest Hospital Staff and Doctors all for your services!!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this hospital. I am from out of town and came in with severe abdominal pain, increased heart rate, nausea and other symptoms. The ER was a breeding ground for germs. Every one was coughing and on top of each other patient told me she had been waiting since 9:30 this morning. One of the doctors came out and had stains on her white coat. I am used to a different level of care, being treated differently, cleanliness and being prioritized accordingly. They never even asked me about allergies or anything. I ended up leaving when I found out 5 people were still ahead of me and only 2 people had been called back within the last 2hrs. I would've been there til morning and didn't want to risk catching anything because of how filthy it was.
