I went to check the property at Dunhill Village North Apartments. I was referred and was going to apply. However, when I rode around the property and saw the disgusting trash I was IMMEDIATELY turned off. I was also greeted with some angry tenants who complained of it being an ongoing problem and MANAGEMENT refused to address the situation. No thank you Dunhill Village!!!

I have been attempting to call and email corporate regarding my ongoing issues since December at the start of my lease. I still have not heard back from the property management teams corporate office regarding any of my concerns. If the property is managed by this company do not rent an apartment. Ive been having issues with mold, unsafe electrical outlets and little to none of my concerns have been met with even a phone call or returned email. Its ghetto to say the least. Living conditions not even suitable for an animal to live.
