My house/home search was really a rocky journey But,with HSA Real Estate Group, Inc,and specifically Gayle Roberts, made the journey as easy as you could ever imagine. Gayle Roberts is a high leveled professional, very patient, Never money driven But driven by the SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER. Gayle Roberts was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is super honest, knowledgeable, and very passionate in what she does. She quickly got to know us and what we were looking for in a home and never hesitated to send new listings and take us on as many tours as possible. She was also very detail oriented and objective when it came to the contract and negotiations and provided great advice/guidance along the way. Gayle is the best - if you hire anyone else you're settling for less. She made my transaction as smooth as possible in both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. This was not only in a rough vacation home market but with an elitist seller's agent on the other side who was doing everything in her power to torpedo my purchase. Gayle looked out for my best interest at every step and made every move to my benefit regardless of how challenging it became. There's no way any other transaction that she has had has been more challenging than my purchase and she handled it so well that I'm pretty sure had Sotheby's International's best agents and brokers been in the middle they too would have folded. Do yourself and your stress level a favor and hire the best. Ask for Gayle.
