John came by and provided the in-home estimate. He was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. We met with Michael at the show room on a Saturday, and he told us everything there is to know about the unit. He gave a great demonstration and was upfront about the unit options and differences. Overall, it was a good experience.

Had a problem with my Traeger smoker. They picked up my smoker and worked with Traeger to get the parts needed to get it working properly. Their staff is professional and courteous from the first call to Megan to all the repair techs. Highly recommend for sales and repair.
