I came to this specific branch because it said it was opened on Sundays.. yes maybe my mistake for not calling as well.. regardless an infrastructure of a business this big should have all their logistics very well communicated

I needed to open a new business bank account. Frustrated by another local bank's convoluted process, I went to Sandy Spring's Olney branch (which is right around the corner from the bank I normally use).
In a day and age where even mediocre customer service is rare, the experience I had at Sandy Spring was exceptional! Manuel Perez was fantastic and was able to get my new business account set up in no time!
If you're banking somewhere else in Olney, I _highly_ recommend you visit Sandy Spring!!!
