I was a long-term customer (almost 10-12 yrs) who finally had to say goodbye after there was some turnover and the new rep (i dealt with her for 2 yrs max) did not seem too eager to pay attention to us. The final turn was when asking her to shop around for premiums sounded like a chore (I always package my home & auto with a single annual payment so i don't think it's too much to compare quotes once a year). I wish them well, it used to be a good one
