Just took 16 kids for end of the year basketball celebration. Had three young people behind the counter. I am 50 and was a little nervous but they were patient and gave us extremely good service. We had one of the best experience at a Duncan that I've had in a long time. Cheers to the three young people on March 10th Friday

Finally got a place that carried Mangonada! This is so my for the dunkins that partner with Baskin Robins. Most locations that I have been too did not carry it but this one did! Yumm!
The service was quick I didnt have to wait long and my drinks were done perfectly. I wish all locations at the same drive as this location did, but its ok. Im just happy I got my Mangonada :)

This is by far THE WORST Dunkin Ive EVER been to. The service is horrible. The lines for either drive through or dine are always at a standstill. The speed with which they make anything is at a snails pace. When they finally do make your order its 8 times out of 10 wrong. They consistently dont know how to use the scanner so you can use your Dunkin app to pay. What makes it worse is that this is the only Dunkin around this area, so as convenient as the location isits quite LITERALLY the MOST INCONVENIENT thing to have to go to. I think anyone that knows this location drives by every day praying that theres going to be a banner and balloons out front announcing that its under new management or that every employee has been fired and there is a whole entire new staff. I dont know who currently is in charge of this location, but it feels like its a kid who is no older than 10.

This is the most inconsistent DD ever. Their quality control is in serious need of attention. I get the same thing every time, cold brew (with or without cold foam), two creams, two pumps mocha. Yesterday I ordered the same thing I always do, but wanted to try their chocolate cold foam, so I swapped out the regular cold foam for the chocolate cold foam. Nothing else different other than that with how I ordered it, and I go there pretty much daily and always order the same way. Well they decided to make me a new specialty chocolate caramel drink off the menu that comes standard with 4 pumps of chocolate caramel swirl, chocolate cold foam, and THEN they added the 2 cream and 2 pumps mocha swirl on top of that, AND charged me extra for it! When I got to the window I let them know that its not quite what I ordered, that I just wanted the chocolate cold foam with what I normally order. Not like I think I deserve some special treatment, but the word Caramel never left my lips so they really did put the order in wrong. I just wanted the chocolate cold foam. When I explained this, instead of offering to remake my drink, she instead tells me I ordered it wrong and that I should have ordered it as black and then added things on. You dont order a black coffee if youre then adding cream?? Sorry Im not a computer and Im not going to order it in sequence with how youd apparently need to punch it into your computer or something. Anyway I would say their cold brew tastes right 75% of the time- other time it either tasted like they didnt make more in time and used their cold brew coffee but with a regular drip machine or they just dont make it right and its super weak. Or, they just put iced coffee in the cup and charge for cold brew thinking customers wont notice. This is the only location Ive ever had so many issues with. This particular location doesnt like to admit fault, and often the employees tell you what youve done wrong vs. acknowledging how they can improve or offering to fix it. Wish I lived closer to Mt. Airy location because their coffee always tastes right and I never have these issues.
