Staff was all over the place... thankfully the young man at the window was polite and helpful. You would think he was all by himself except for some manager in street clothes cursing telling him to put my Bo-Berry Biscuits "in the effing box."
The unkempt grounds made me think the store was closed at first. Please someone do something.
Biscuits and tea were still amazing though!

Today i went to the one located in New Carrolton and had a horrible experience. Went through the drive through and the speaker box wasn't working to had to go to payment window to place order. We place the order and it comes out wrong. I ordered a 3 piece chicken with fries and separately a 3 piece tenders with fries. We get two orders of tenders, and I had ordered a Pepsi amd get a Sierra Mist. I go back in and the place looks horrible, kitchen area seems dirty and it took 5 minutes for someone to even come to counter to acknowledge me. I relate what happened and while my order was corrected I got the 3 driest pieces of chicken I've ever had. I recommend staying away, this place is a literal mess.

This was literally the worst experience Ive ever had a fast food restaurant, and thats saying something. When I came in two girls were sitting behind the counter playing loud music. Somebody finally took my order, took the money, and then told me they didnt have any fries because the other girl didnt want to make them. I then waited about 10 minutes for the fries, so the chicken was cold and rubbery. In those 10 minutes they all three sat on the floor, started singing along to the music, and cussed out a customer that was in the drive through.
Bojangles is my favorite restaurant, but this was literally the worst food Ive ever had. Dont go here.
