There was no heat in the room, (temperature outside was in the low 40s) and the unit was loud the entire night. Maintenance adjusted the thermostat but it got cold again.
The toilet needed a piece to stop the water from running constantly. Maintenance offered to fix it. He had to come back to my room. I refused because I had a early wakeup. I left the bathroom door closed instead.
I was not told by the front desk at check in there was complimentary breakfast.
The only positive experience was the shuttle driver who took us to the airport.
I have stayed at Sheratons worldwide and this was my first negative experience.
This property needs improvement.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton BWI and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's aesthetic appeal. The staff provided exceptional service, and the bar offered a delightful culinary experience. Additionally, I was fortunate as.a Bonvoy member to receive an upgrade to an extra-large suite, complete with a well-furnished sitting room and thoughtfully appointed amenities. Overall, I found the Sheraton BWI to be a hidden gem worth experiencing.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel in my life, first the room I was in and the floor I was on smelled so bad, and when me and my family first walked into the room my mom saw an ant on the bed and had to kill it, tbh we shouldve thought more of it but we got there late and we were tired, but when we were going to bed my in mom discovered that one of the pillows had a literal blood (or something else?) stain on it like what the actual hell? So basically we were already really uncomfortable sleeping there, anyways the next morning I saw like a centipede shaped bug on the wall, i couldnt tell if it was a bug at first because It was sort of small and I couldnt see legs, so i thought it was like a scratch or smth but later when i came back from the church service (my church hosts a convention every year at a hotel for Easter and we stay for 3 days and 2 nights) it was gone, so I told my mom about it and she was just as disgusted as I was, later around 6:00 before our evening service i discovered the table in our room was covered with ants, they were just crawling everywhere and around the food wed gotten earlier, atp I was so ready to go homeee, so before we left to the evening service we packed all of our things because after it we all decided we definitely wanted to leave, and even while we were packing my sister saw like a stink bug on her bag my mom killed it and we continued to pack, anyways the service ended we got our stuff and are now leaving that filthy place, cant wait to sleep in the cleanliness of my home, idk how that place is still running considering these other reviews, because the funny part is we werent even the only ones complaining, we couldnt even stay the entire convention in the hotel because of how disgusted we were, so even though I will neverrr stay in that hotel ever again I suggested somebody does something about that dirty, nasty hotel, so if youre considering staying here think again.
