      image Visited this location this morning for a TSA- precheck. I cannot remember the gentlemen's name, but he was VERY professional and healthful. Despite his computer going down, and some customer's being a little impatient, he stayed professional and got the job done. My application didn't fully go through online, but he was able to assist me, and in a timely matter at that. Coming from a supervisor who is an Lt. you have a great employee on your hands!

      image 11/27/2023, when visiting the copy center there is always a long wait. What is the point of the self service machines if you cant load the card with money due to no cashier at the register. Ive been waiting at the register (as I type this review) for over 9 minutes. The staff is behind the counter playing and talking amongst each other. No one has asked if I need help etc. This is ridiculous. Bad business. There should always be a cashier at the counter.
