Disappointing. The price they quoted over the phone for a couch cleaning was $79, but then the technician shows up and says it will be $272. They should be transparent about their pricing up front and not waste people's time. Luckily, we found another provider that has transparent pricing up front for the same services.

I have used their rug cleaning services in the past as well and every time, their rug cleaners amaze me with their quality work. No matter how dirty my Persian rugs are, they clean it thoroughly and make them like brand new. Thanks to their affordable services, I can save my money and energy.

I run a daycare and UCM Carpet Cleaning College Park always does a great job at cleaning our carpets. The techs are reliable and friendly. I also like that they follow up with a phone call after cleaning the carpets to ensure that I am satisfied.

The carpets had two stains prior to cleaning and some areas were worn down. After the service, the carpets looked like new and the stains were removed.
