My husband was having trouble transferring his old phone to the new one. He took it to Cricket for help and was back in the car in 10 minutes with all data transferred. Kendall is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience here, Jessica was a wonderful sales person she helped a lot very knowledgeable. Really wanted me to buy a phone case and really tried talking me into it.but I did not have the money for it.

Thanks Jessica you were great! Its always a pleasure doing easy business and not having to deal with people that are complicated! You made our visit sweet and simple! We love our phones and service, just wish the cases werent so much but no biggie we ordered some from Amazon. I definitely recommend your store.

Kendall was fantastic! Kendall acknowledge everyone promptly and did amazing job helping everyone at the same time to make sure we didnt have to wait long . Kendall was extremely knowledgeable and personable. You can tell she takes her job seriously! I love my new phones . Kendall deserves a raise . The store has a great selections for the accessories as well.

Got a lot of help. The lady was very nice. She knew her stuff about the phones and apps. Down side: only person working. It took sometime to get help.
