My experience at this place was garbage. made me fill out the welcome forms twice because they "lost" them, kept my ID behind the counter instead of giving it back to me and I almost left without it. Psychiatrist was rude as hell and answered her phone during my session to yell at her husband and son. Therapist was okay as a person but definitely should not be dealing with the mentally ill, sat in silence in our sessions way too many times because I didn't know what to say and she did not give any kind of prompts unlike other therapists do. Extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional establishment. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Awful and unprofessional psychiatric care. They have a policy that is 3 times no call, no show they cut you off, but I called and rescheduled each time and they STILL CUT ME OFF. Their psychiatrist answered a phone call in the middle of our session and was screaming at what I presume is her husband in another language. Very unwelcoming and disgusting behavior from people who are supposed to accommodate and help the mentally ill.

I absolutely love this organization & therapy office. My daughter has been coming to see Ms.Kendra since March 2023 & she is amazing. She helped my daughter and myself though difficult/emotional times in our life. I would absolutely recommend this therapy office. They say people are placed in your life for a reason & we are truly blessed & grateful for Kendra and her staff. Thank you for always being there, we appreciate you so much.

A prime example of why we have a mental health crisis in this country. They don't listen. They're not prompt. They leave you waiting. They prescribe the WRONG drugs that you TOLD them you were allergic to. They prescribed literal poison that previously left the patient in the hospital for almost 2 weeks and resulted in months of rehabilitation because they DO NOT LISTEN to their patients. No communication. No help. This is why people die. This is how people die. This place is a disgrace. If you're suffering from a mental health disorder you better pray you have a best friend or significant other to help you because it's obvious the system does not care. This isn't our first, second, or even third bad experience. This place though, it takes the cake. They messed up on every level only weeks after being locked up because the patient was a suicide risk. So now we're forced to gamble with being unmedicated for DAYS yet again. THIS is how people die. I can't stress that enough.
