I have been a customer for over 14 years. So many things have changed with the service. The only person I allow to service me is Joanne, she is wonderful. Joanne is professional, and cares about her work. I highly recommend Joanne. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I came here because I watched Joanne do my sister nails and I thought that she did a pretty good job. Also, she is supposed to be the best in the salon. I went on 9/27/23 and Joanne did a full set hombre dip powder red and black that she suggested and told me that she knew how to do it. To make a long story short it came out horrible and I asked her to soak it off and just do red. Fast forward to 10/1/23, I went to another nail salon that is excellent. I went in to get my nails soaked off because I still wasnt satisfied with Joannes work the nail tech stated that Joanne didnt use a base and just put the dip powder right on my nail. You will be able to see from my nails in the picture if I could add a photo but for some reason its not letting me add it; strange. It took my new technician a long time to get off the dip powder. Be aware of this shop is all I have to say.
