Disrespect through micro aggression. I was standing with another customer (white man) discussing what I needed to fix my broken shower head. Bob came up, addressed the other customer, totally ignored me looking at the parts with the broken part in my hand. He asked the other customer what he needed, who replied with an answer regarding something in a different department. Bob then walked off with the other customer without even acknowledging my presence in his department trying to get an appropriate part. I dont usually get upset, but it appeared that he ignored the black customer in his department to assist the white customer with something in another department. Blatant disrespectful micro aggression. Home Depot must do better. I gave up looking for the part; I just bought a new shower head since my wife needs the shower fixed.
