      image Terrible customer service, contradictory information between customer service by phone and the branch employees. Very unpolite employee.. not willing to solve the client needs. Customer service by phone is worse, very disappointing!!!

      image I had the very best experience and the most courteous Service by Ms Audrey at 210 pm on 01/11/24.
      I was waiting on the queue with another teller. She saw me from her desk and immediately came to help.
      I do have accounts with Bank of America/ M&T Bank too .At the Bank of America in Baltimore National pike Catonsville, the associates as well as the manager chit chat and the customers are lined up for minimum 30 minutes never even bother to help.Only 1 teller during the lunch break. M & T too got the same issue. 0 customer service.
      Never experienced this kind of service. I do highly appreciate her excellent customer satisfaction.
