Extremely rude an unprofessional staff. Be prepared to wait for barber Jefferson, who is constantly late , switches appointment times, never in the shop, and seldom responds to requests for an appointment. I have to call repeatedly for appointments for my son's haircut. braider is just as rude! Talks Badly about other customers, charges excessively and non responsive after you pay your hard earned money.

Ive been going to Tracy for over 10 years. My wife and 2 girls go to her as well. Hair cut/styling and service have always been great. Prices are fair and reasonable for all of us. Until recently she had been working out of Germantown - but she recently moved to Rockville. Still worth making the trip down to Rockville (exit 6 on I-270) to see her. Terrible Service. Had a haircut with Tracey and she left twice in the middle of the cut to take appointment calls. Each time she left for at least 5 minutes. Since I only had a 30 minute window for the cut (another customer came in after 30 minutes had passed), with her randomly leaving, I had less than 20 minutes in total. Once it was appointment time for the other customer, she then suggested that I leave with an incomplete haircut. I couldn't tell at the time whether it was complete or not because she had brushed off my hair. Now I have to visit another barbershop to get it fixed. Wasted money, wasted time. Service: Hairstyling
