They take state and county money to provide shuttle services for disabled Medicaid patients, but it's genuinely frightening how often they don't show up or show up an hour+ late. Vulnerable populations are going to end up hurt because of their negligence unless they can turn it around.

Driver was very nice and on time which was great. Taxi # 780 . It was a very nice drive to the airport. Will use again.

Act like they cant call your phone to find your exact location. They will arrive but call using an automated voice message saying your cab has arrived repeatedly and just leave if they cant find you. Some of the drivers are rude. Literally argued with a driver on the phone because he did not call me and drove right passed me and my son and left us so we had to take public transportation in the cold. Would not recommend. But regency is great!

Erratic drivers who don't care about other drivers or their safety. If you see a Toyota taxi with the license 632-69b, be wary.
