      image I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience at this TD Branch & with the Assistant Manager Ajay Munhoo. After multiple frustrating calls to the TD 800 # & disappointing visits to 2 other branches, we finally got to this branch. Ajay was helpful, responsive and incredibly thorough. He took over an hour with me to make sure that my issues were addressed and that I knew where and how to follow up. Ajay took my situation from one of severe disappointment & frustration to one of relief and true customer satisfaction. TD is lucky to have an employee like Ajay and a branch like this one.

      image Employees at the bank can't help you and will tell you to call their hotline. The hotline will tell you to talk to an employee face to face. They play hot potato with you so they don't have to help. Will never bank with TD because of this experience
