They just aren't serious. They didn't contact me to confirm my appointment, I had to wait several minutes for the smug receptionist to get back to her desk, and then she told me told me I'd have to reschedule for arriving less than ten minutes late. I told her I'd reschedule at another practice.
I checked the clock when I got back to my car; it was nine minutes after my appointment was supposed to have begun. I was refused service for being less than ten minutes tardy.
If you live in the real world, don't waste your time here. Dr. Gilligan was a good practitioner; now that he's retired this office isn't anymore.

This was a great experience, from start to finish. Tiffany (at front) was communicative and patient and Doctor listened and explained well. Jamila was fun to talk to and helped me pick out the perfect glasses, while the manager, David, was also walking by and attentive to every detail. Even Nick (another employee), offered some helpful advice! Glasses arrived on time and were exactly what I wanted. Well run store.

The lens treatments are a full grade above the ones I got from a big box store. The difference is stunning. The progression pattern is more natural too. I feel silly doing all the herky-jerky head and eye movements I'd adapted to.
I've found my new benchmark and I'll not settle for less again.
Addendum: They also honor their service and repair contract. I feel silly for using the stick on nosepad make-dos for a week.
Prescription update: I needed to update my prescription when my arms grew too short to read. Again I received great service and I really like the quality of these lenses.
