My son started as an infant this last December! We are very pleased with our decision. The Staff is very kind and accommodating! There are specific classes based on age and development. The daily reports and pictures of activities and age specific learning times are enjoyable to see! The communication board via app is a great way to keep in touch and update staff and parents throughout the day!

We had multiple terrible experiences with this location and with corporate. It has been months since we switched preschools and, to this day, we have never received a response from corporate when we asked to speak to their legal team. We were first told we could google that information (extremely unprofessional interactions with Daria from corporate), then told we would be receiving the information "soon". Way too many kids in a classroom for very unprepared "educators", cameras are there for no reason since there is not 24/7 surveillance and no way to pull video, and just overall lacking in their communication. We would never recommend this location, or Celebree, to anyone.

After a lot of debate on if I should post this I have decided that this story needs to be told so that others do not have to have this happen. We used to love this school . Let me be clear I do not blame the teachers and I know finding good educators right now can be hard, but you do not let kids suffer. My kid was have a lot of accidents at school and almost none at home one day I picked him up from school and his feet and shoes were wet with pee and his feet were red. I was livid. I wanted to pull him that moment. I spoke to a district director, Daria, (she called me) and needless to say she was awful. She said I had to give 30 days notice. She only cared about if I was going to say something negative about the school. I was so upset. After calming down I remembered that these people were like family and family makes mistakes and we get better and move on, or so I thought. I asked to talk to the directors of the school. They brought the teacher in as well. The district director sat there and LIED to my face. Saying things like my sons accommodations were not reasonable and it took 15 mins to take him pee???? The teacher (who was new) stated that she was having issue with managing the class and helping my son go to the bathroom was hard and If Im honest I dont give him as much attention as I want to because he is very chill and I have some friends with really big behaviors in that class. When we met again the district director again was there and did almost all of the talking. She started talking about how maybe this was not the place for my son because he took up so much of the teachers time with accomidations (teacher literally said she didnt spend a lot of time with him). She also told me she just needed him to be more NORMAL. I called them out on not preparing there teachers adequately. I was NOT giving my notice until I found a place. At the end of that week on a FRIDAY at 5 pm (the weekend before Halloween) we were given a notice of immediate dismissal from Celebree. When we asked why they said our sonss behavior. We NEVER had heard of an issue. I had NOT received one call, letter, or message EVER about any behavior issues. His special educator was even there a week prior and NOTHING was said to her. We received no opportunity to fix any behavior (and we 10000% expect because there was no behavior to fix) When I said I knew nothing about this I was told by the director of the school, Jess, the teacher should have let me know and that it was not her job. I let her know that with the amount of turnover in that room it was 100% her job. We asked to speak to teachers and they told us no, that I was too intimidating. We asked for proof they said they had a letter but would not show us, and that was it. It was really convenient that not even a week after I called them out for not doing thier job this is what happened. My sons previous teachers reached out to me and told me they never had seen any of these behaviors from my kid.
The Monday after all of this I had my husband go get our sons record. He specifically asked if there was reports of aggressive behavior, he was told yes. We put every single piece of paper in chronological order, there was NO reports at all of him being aggressive and NOTHING from the week or two before he was kicked out. at that point my kid was still not speaking and could not stand up for himself. 3 ADULT women lied to make thier life easier because I wanted the best for my kid.
So this is me advocating for my child and any other special needs kids in the area. If your kid attends Celebree keep a close eye and ask for documents. Make sure you hold them accountable. Do NOT let them take the easy way out. We will not force these unique minds to be more NORMAL so they (the directors) can be more comfortable.
