Appalled they would hang up on a mother, who was calling ask about what was going to happen with the bus driver who failed to protect a child getting attack by several kids at once, not to mention even stopping or pulling over but once at the residence of the minor child being hurt , wouldnt open the door to even let her out. The school is doing what needs to be done. But NOTHING is being done about the driver who has done nothing to protect a child. When you sign up for this job you should have training for what to do if something like that occurs, to just blindly let someone continue to drive children who doesnt care for your childrens physical well beings is terrifying! Do better!

An incident took place on one of their busses where my 10 year old daughter was attacked. It took the bus driver 1.3 miles or 3 minutes to stop the bus, which ended up being my childs bus stop. Once he stopped the bus my daughter was bleeding everywhere and begging him to open the door and the driver still refused until parents forced the doors open to help my child. The school handled the students but the business owner refused to hold his bus driver accountable. When I called to discuss the incident I was met with a very rude "I'm not discussing that" and was hung up on. Very professional

If I could leave zero stars I would. How do you have a bus driver who allows children to be assaulted while refusing to open the doors for the child he's allowing to be jumped to have an opportunity to escape? Trying to act like he doesn't know how to open the doors of the vehicle he's trained and certified to operate. And then when the parent of said child who got assaulted calls about this behavior from the bus driver she gets hung up on like this is close to being acceptable. Your bus driver should have charges brought against them for his culpability in the assault of a minor. What a disturbed mentality. Stay the hell away from this company and don't trust your children being safe on any kind of transit they offer. There's video proof of your disgusting bus drivers behavior and I hope the lawsuit being brought against your company and him both lands him in jail.

I'm honestly as a mother of a 10 yr old appalled that the incident with my very good hardworking awesome friends daughter who is 10yrs old was pretty much aloud 7other children to beat on her and jump her on the bus the man driving the bus did not stop for almost 1.5miles to assist any help this child is a more smaller,quiet,shy,hardworking very well behaved & well rounded kid here I can't imagine what really actually sparked this bc to me it looks like BULLYING and the adults we trust our children with 5/7 days a week this is just NOT OK and should not be just swept under the rug..that poor baby is most likely gonna be traumatized from this event, that was allowed to take place. Us as parents are the only ones who can speak up for our children!! This should never ever happen and the way she was NOT helped or assisted right away as should have been. I'm thankful she wasn't hurt alot worse bc this baby nor any other should have to go through this. They ALL should and deserve to be happy and feel comfortable & safe.
