My experience with this location has not been good. I have been here three times. I realized that the first two years I paid a lot of money because I didn't know about other options. The last year was the worst. The lady named "Beatrice" was unprofessional and rude. After her calculation she told me I owed taxes, but when I asked to double-check with other places, she charged me $100 for consulting and said I was wasting her time. I ended up doing my taxes elsewhere with less amount and also found out I actually got a refund. I don't want to encounter her again.
