I wanted a spring friendly hairstyle change and with Victorias magic hands, this is one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Hairstylist normally see a picture and go with it, but Victoria looks at it and asks questions, makes suggestions and is with you every step of the way. I had very long hair and wanted a pixie. Her suggestion of working our way up to a pixie was the best decision we agreed to and she transformed it into a bixie (bob/pixie). I also enjoyed how she took her time with the length, texture, and at home care. She was able to communicate her vision of my haircut before it was completed, which made me more comfortable about the big change. I cant wait for my color appointment!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I have to share the experience that I had at Elizabeth Claire today. I got the Milbon Scalp Treatment with Loreal and it was AMAZING!!! If you love getting massages you will love this!!! My hair feels so soft, clean and shiny. I cant wait to go back! Its also a great gift idea to give someone this holiday season. HIGHLY recommend this treatment and of course use Kristin for color!!! You wont regret it!

I had set up an appointment after an initial consult for coloring. Unfortunately, 3 days prior to my appt I was rushed to the ER and was in the hospital. My step mom called the day before my scheduled appt and cancelled for me. My dad ended up getting a haircut in my place so money was still made by the salon. He even told my stylist that I was in the hospital so they were aware...
I was released from the hospital, called made another appt for the same service. Unfortunately again, problems arose later that night from a procedure I had and I was again rushed to the hospital within 6 hours of being released. I had pancreatitis and was in the hospital 11 days and missed my appt. I called them the day of my appt, when I was well enough to and apologized but I was in the ER. The woman on the phone didn't sound thrilled but said she understood.
Fast forward, I'm finally out and well enough. Recovered, healed, and the salon REFUSES to take any of my calls. If I call, it rings and rings and goes to voicemail. My stepmom called right after me, and they answered. I left 2 voicemails for the salon and no one will return my calls.
It's super sad that a medical emergency that wiped me out for nearly 2 weeks has somehow black listed me from a hair salon. Will not be giving any of my business here. It's a damn shame...
