Had to get away from my previous primary care. She was at BMG previous to the new hospital opening. Seemed as if it changed her! She no longer listened and had tunnel vision My new provider Lucinda is amazing and seems to want to work with me!!! I'm glad to be back at BMG and and the entire staff is amazing!

I see lucinda Everett for my PCP at BMG. I have nothing but good things to say since my first appointment there. She takes the time to listen and explain things in words I can understand (which is rare for Dr's because they always like to sound superior). Once the formalities of the appointment are done, she always asks if I have any other concerns or questions we didn't get to. She doesn't go in the room with the attitude of how fast can I get out of here. I've had Dr's in the past literally have their hand on the door knob the entire time just waiting to get out of the room. ...I always get calls back about my blood work and what's good and what needs work. And the office receptionists are professional getting my charts and prescriptions in, even when I changed pharmacies. I would recommend this office for anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Patient of A.Golden.I'd like to say, the Staff and Doctors are very nice. This is not a review for all doctors there, as they may be better at communicating. But, it takes several hours after your appointment time to even be seen which is a pain when juggling work and kids. Once seen, I had several issues to take care of and they only seem to work on 1 every 6 months (my scheduled appointments). I have had prescriptions waiting at the pharmacy I didn't even know I was supposed to pick up or be on because nobody called to tell me they were there or tell me my blood work results. There was a few times I'd call for questions or results and never get a call back. I have also been told my x-ray came back normal and 2 different doctors seen what they apparently didn't. I've had medical supply offices tell me they repeatedly requested paperwork from Ashley and never received it...and I'm talking months here. I left many voicemails & emails, no reply. Blames most problems on drinking Coca-Cola ...LoL. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews, so I'd like to say as long as you're patient and keep up with other specialists, the problem may not be the other staff or medical professionals. :(
