You bring up some very good thoughts here - we maintain three primary ideals here at the firm every day with every client - compassion, collaboration, and client education - and when providing legal advice and counseling it is always imperative to be honest, understand our clients' needs and be empathetic and caring regarding their situations, whatever they may be.Regarding the cost component you alluded to, we do charge for the work we do, which is very high-level and we consider the prices we charge very reasonable relative to the value we provide - and it sounds like you would agree with this. Further, we always, always will make planning work for clients regardless of the budget that they are on and have different planning options for different situations. We would never want someone to relegate themselves to setting up documents by themselves through electronic means, as that is a recipe for plan failure, which needs to be avoided at all costs.Again, thank you very much for your great feedback, and we thank you for your relationship with Elville and Associates!
