I had a bad DoorDash experience recently, an item was forgotten (not the dashers fault), but when I called DoorDash to get a dasher resent out, suddenly it wasnt an option (even though its on their menu when you call but I digress)
The manager at Noodles and Co was beyond amazing though (Paige I believe!) she was so helpful, and thought of a work around to avoid having to deal with DoorDash. She threw in some extra items even though I told her it wasnt necessary. Overall one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had!

I feel as if noodles has been going down hill the last several years. On recent visit, there was a 15 minute wait for food after ordering. The food quality has decreased as well. I always get Japanese Pan Noodles and it was so dry. Disappointing especially after waiting 15 minutes. Prices are affordable tho. Kids meals are average.
Dietary restrictions: Different diet options
Parking: Plenty of parking, even at peak times
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. comes with 2 sides and a drink.
