These people offered $45 air duct cleaning that ended up costing us $2700. Once you agree to have the work done, the “salesman/supervisor” tacks on bogus charges.
They showed up without the appropriate equipment for job: A feather dusterer and “special” chemicals”.

Ok. so I'm not the only one they tried this with.
I scheduled a $44 air duct cleaning the guy shows up, looks briefly at my furnace and says I have mold in the air duct all through the house. He said the their price for cleaning the mold was $750, of course I want a second opinion instantly. After I declined the $750 screwing he then began to bargain with me asking How much could I afford, and that he would do it under the table for $350 if I paid him in cash, then $300. When I would not agree to the screwing, he half assed the job he was there to do. Also the company closes a 4:30 but when I tried to call while he was there a 4:15 they were already closed. I swear it's people and companies like this....

Schedule was done; two miss call receive it on my phone no voicemail and when I return the call this person with a nasty responds and zero customer service talking like he is all ready upset to do service with no manners; then I call the 1800 number to make a complain and a call center who do not have no idea about it gave an other number and 2 hours before they close business no one to take your complain. Very sad how they manage their business.

The absolute worst!! Stay away from this company! Called for the 44 deal and they shower up with two people and a shop vac. Didn't do anything they promised and from the time they walked through the door tried to scam more money using scare tactics. This company should be shut down for going into people's homes and lying trying to scare them into paying more money. I am in the military and I will be posting a copy of the coupon sent out on every base warning people to stay away from this company. Check their yelp and BBB reviews as well

I wish I would have read the reviews cause these people suck. They didn't come on there appointment time while I took off work to get this service done. I called in and they didn't care. They just wanted to reschedule. Why schedule appointments if you won't honor them.
