I was kicked off their site as a music vendor for weddings because of my religious choices in which weddings I will provide service for... and this after they PRACTICALLY BEGGED me to PAY to join their website as a pianist.
They violated my first amendment constitutional rights. They violated my rights to exercise my religious beliefs while claiming to not discriminate against religious beliefs. Very two-faced.

I read about them and The Knot not being truthful/removing bad reviews of vendors, and found that to be true.
The vendor disputed my negative review which led to customer service reaching out. I provided them all the documentation that they asked and followed up, but never heard back. My review was honest and truthful about my experience, but it has been hidden.
I no longer know which vendors to trust on these apps as it looks so easy for them to make any review with any amount of negativity disappear.
I will no longer be using these apps to help plan for my wedding.

Horrible company to be a VENDOR for. They send fake leads to your vendor account. And if you want to get out of your contract youre stuck, they sent me to collections because I refused to pay them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM and I avoid posting negative reviews, but these crooks deserve endless 1 star reviews. Use IG and Google to advertise.

They have been overrun with scammers trying to 'hire' photographers. Too expensive monthly to be wasting so much time.
