Katelyn Newnam saw me thru the process of transferring my auto ins from a PA agent to a MD agent. Katelyn took the reins when my outgoing PA agent didnt seem to want to be bothered doing what she was supposed to be doing on the PA end to facilitate the transfer, & Katelyn made my MD policy happen. Katelyn also got me better coverages under my new MD policy, with a lower premium !!!
