Working with Will, his team and everyone with Sage Title Group was a pleasure and smooth transition to the new owners. Even though interest rate had increased and the market was slowing, I had offers within 3 days of posting! I attribute a lot of that to the great marketing effort by Will and his team. Great job!

The Will Stein group should be your go to for all things real estate. Will helped us sell our home in a difficult market and it was seamless the entire way through! We were hands off through the entire process and everything was easy. He kept us informed of any difficulties that arised but we did not have to raise a finger to do anything outside of what was required. He handled it all!! This is the best experience I have ever had and we thank this group for their hard work and dedication.

Will and his team are experienced, professional, and wonderful advocates and guides in both the home buying and selling processes. Will and Shaquia first helped us find the home of our dreams and were always available for questions, reaching out to us to check in and see if we had questions when things were quiet. They provided excellent negotiation strategies to ensure we had a strong, but not excessive, offer. And they knew just what to do when things arose during the inspection process. Their knowledge and guidance really helped keep us calm during what can be a really stressful time. Similarly, when it came time to sell our existing home, their expertise proved invaluable in selecting the right list price and dealing with a quickly evolving market as interest rates rose nearly 2% in the month from list to close. It was such a relief to have them by our side during this time. We felt so at ease, which was not something I expected to feel during such a stressful process.
