Called to have someone investigate a foul odor in my basement which I suspected could be a dead animal. I was asked if I needed someone to come tonight, to which I said yes if possible. It was around 8pm, but On the Go Services is advertised as open 24 hours, so I presumed this would not be a problem and there was no issue indicated by the technician I spoke to.
I was told to text my address which I did. I didn't hear anything back for about 20 minutes so I called to ensure they received it. No answer. I get a text back a few minutes later saying a tech is coming and to standby for an ETA.
I "stood by" for 40 minutes with no update on an ETA. By this point it was too late for me to feel comfortable having a stranger in the house, esp. since it was a non-emergency, so I texted again to ask if anyone was coming and to notify them that if they would be later than 9:30pm to cancel. It's now 10:30pm, so I assume no one is coming but even up to now I never received any confirmation or follow up or explanation.
.....come on bruh. Do better.

Used the company for a Termite inspection but they never sent the full report, would not note all the areas inspected and showed up 2.5hrs late after 4 phone calls asking where they were. Refunded my money after I got another company to come and issue the inspection report.

Some of the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time!! They will definitely be my go to for my pest issues if needed . They were very professional and kind .
