I have been really happy with the practice, their help and their professionalism. I was seeing many other doctors and even saw another integrative medicine practice and no one cared (or tried) to dive deep to get to the bottom of my problems. Moli Eddins continues to exceed my expectations. We haven't fixed me, but I appreciate her medical plans, her attitude and I look forward to the future.

I work with several practitioners at Capital Integrative Health, coordinated by Dr. Andrew Wong. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience there, both with the professional and administrative staff. i have had various treatments - IV infusions, functional nutritional consults, functional medicine consults, red light therapy, standard blood work through Labcorp on site.

I was working with a nutritionist and two NPs who were both great and helped me find out *some* answers. Unfortunately as they transitioned out, and I was being transferred to another NPs care, management decided to hike up the monthly membership fee to nearly double, and opted not to grandfather in the price for existing clients. Keep in mind they also charge insurance and a copay in addition to the monthly fee. I called to ask to cancel my membership, the membership coordinator wasnt available and I also sent a message through the portal to confirm my cancellation. No one replied to my message, nor called me back and then they decided to charge my card on file for the next monthly fee. I cant help but be left with a bad taste in my mouth and of the opinion that this is a money grab. Over a year and a half of being a patient, no one could even call or reply to confirm cancellation. Overhead/management doesnt care for you, just the revenue. Theyre lucky they (had) kind staff who did care about their patients. Healthcare certainly should never cost this much.
