Tom and his Fully Promoted team went above and beyond for us in helping make a wish come true! We reached out to him regarding doing embroidery on a conductor hat for a wish child receiving a custom train set. Tom was very responsive to all emails, walked us through what type of files we would need, and went through every other detail with us to make sure we received exactly what we were looking for. He was able to complete this project in a very tight turnaround time, and even donated his services and materials, and made a goody bag complete with cookies for the child. Our wish kid was so happy to have an extra item that will not only make him feel official with his new train set, but also forever remind him of this important day in his life. Thank you again Tom and all of Fully Promoted Bethesda!

Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond to help me embroider 350 jackets. Turned around the product quickly with everything packaged nicely. Took the time to send photos of what the embroidery looked like and made suggestions on how to make it look even more professional. Would highly recommend.

We are a private investment firm that has been using Fully Promoted for a few years and we are nothing but pleased with the quality of service weve received! We have used them for everything from embroidering backpacks, fleeces, jackets, and vests to custom mugs. The owners, Tom and Suzanne, are very communicative regarding orders, whether thats providing mockups in a timely manner, following up to clarify questions, or simply to provide an update on the order. This is all in addition to a very friendly and personable atmosphere when interacting with them. Its important to note that even when hiccups arise, they go out of their way to acknowledge them and make sure to make things right. Their pricing is an added bonus, as other, similar stores in the area have pricing that is substantially higher than Fully Promoted. I can highly recommend Fully Promoted!

We have been working with Suzanne, Tom and Natalie at Fully Promoted for several years now and we could not be more happy. They provide amazing customer service, high quality embroidery and screen printing. We are always satisfied with our purchases and everyone is very professional and polite. Suzanne always has great suggestions when I am unsure of a product I may be interested in and she is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company!!
