The call center operator was rude and did not actively listen to anything I said. I had to explain the issue numerous times because of it. The service tech went out to see the problem, it not once since that time to when I had to pay did he or the operator (who told me the tech would provide it) gave me a quote for the services. There is some indication that part of the work was to replace a meter valve, but the meter in place after the work is the original meter and was not replaced but still charged as part of the project. I was in a serious pinch to get the work done quickly, but if I had a non-urgent project, I would not chose this vendor again. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

My repairmans name was Jerry, and he was excellent. He was thorough, informative, neat, and very friendly. I would definitely use this service and request this particular technician again.

I highly recommend Roto Rooter, Elkridge/Ellicott City location. Jerry is an excellent plumber who does great work. He is also very kind, which is a bonus!

Had a pipe connected to the water heater that was leaking on a Sunday. They came out, Tricia to check for water damage and Jerry and Daekwon to fix the pipe, and they had fixed after about a half-hour of work. Time from call to them finishing the job and leaving was about 2.5 hours. Quick and professional. Definitely would recommend. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
