University Painters is a keeper! Their workmanship for drywall repair and repaint of area damaged by rain was superb. The repair is seamless. I can't find any evidence of prior damage. They also painted a different room and it looks superb. Nice tight lines between ceiling and wall, proper feathering. These guys are professionals! Crew was very efficient, very polite and easy to work with. They carefully moved and protected the furniture. The estimate was very competitive. Already a neighbor who saw the before and after is contacting University Painters. My go to for future painting is University Painters.

We moved out of our rental in June 2022 and the homeowner scheduled these painters. The painting and patching looked satisfactory, but the painters left globs of their drywall patch on the carpet, vinyl, and hardwood floors. After sanding, they left all of the dust on the floor and molding. And they even used my tools and didnt put them back correctly. I would assume the painters would have cleaned up after themselves, but I was wrong in this instance.

The price was better than the 3 other quotes I received. Scheduling was very flexible. The Contract they make is so simple, uncomplicated, but yet very precise and covers everything clearly. No long winding legal junk mentioned in there. Their awesome crew was so professional, so skilled and so focused on the job. Completed the job well in time and with great attention to details. I also have the owner's personal promise to fix anything that I notice was not perfect later on. Very pleasant experience working with them. Services: Exterior painting, Interior painting
