Posted my car for sale online, someone from Jim Coleman Nissan contacted me about it and offered a trade-in price. We went back and forth and talked about the condition of the car before I came in. They had seen detailed pics all around the car as well as the immaculate Carfax history. Drove over an hour there and they reduced the trade-in price by almost ~$2K citing the car needs new rear tires. Just had it at a tire shop before and they said the rear tires are fine and had put on new front tires. Definitely feels like a bait-and-switch; get you in the door with a high price then find excuses to lower it. Be careful and don't waste your time! Sales guy was pleasant/professional though.

Danelle Kisner and her team in the finance department were fantastic standouts and I would highly recommend them. Kudos to a business that strives to get it right!
