Juan umanzor is the real deal! From the first meeting to close, he was professional, friendly, responsive, informative, and very effective! First I left multiple messages on his office voice mail and he never responded. I bid on a piece of land and he drew up the contract without the contingencies I requested. 30days due diligence, contingent on securing funds from a lender, $1000 EMD. he put 3 day settlement, 4k deposit and no contingencies on funds. I asked him to correct the contract and resend, he did not.
