Small room, terrible airflow and conditioning. Staff insists on rooming people together when there are open rooms and there is a pandemic going on. Wifi is unreliable and shower heads constantly break, water is often freezing cold.

Ive been moved 3 times since moving to WRNMMC in 1 year. No hot water from November - February (ongoing) Ive probably had to fix or get a new key card to room more than 30 times and recently discovered mold in my room I put in a work order and spoke to building management, they told me it would be fixed today. I came back to room 10 hours later, found a work order form about the hot water issue, (basically saying it will never be resolved) but no work order about the mold, checked to see that the mold was still there.

Ive been living in these barracks for almost a year now and have had no hot water since november only ice cold water and ice cold showers for 4 months and its a huge hit to morale ive already taken the proper steps up the chain of command on multiple occasions to try to get it fixed. ive had staff come in my room to fix the problem and its still unresolved.
