image Sales person didn't show us any of the features of the car. When I asked him if he would, he said, "What do you want to know?"
Got some misinformation about the certified warranty. One person told me it's from the date the car was put on the lot; the other told me it was from the date the car was first titled to the dealer. You'd think people would know this.
Not very responsive to messages AFTER the sale.

image On 8/2/21 my rims where stolen from my car . To expedite the process I reached out to Mr. Hayes at Infiniti to get me car serviced.He emailed me a tow authorization 3 days in a row the tow guy never showed up. Finally my adjusted took over got it towed to their facility . They have had my car over 2 weeks and counting. Recently they just informed me the new rims came in damage an asked did I want them of course not I want it done the right way no rush job to get me out the door . So now they are waiting on me rims just to put on the car before they can determine anything wrong .I’ve been back in fourth in a rental and Uber which has been a financial burden on top of having to still pay a car note, insurance and a heavily deductible when their finally done with the work . I have been patience I asked for a loaner car until my car is finished getting serviced fix inspected all of the above the answer was no . I haven’t had my car for about 6 weeks total. Insurance only covers 30 days max from start date of the claim. For a first time customer with a preowned lifetime warranty on his car their is no courtesy or customer service here at all. I am very displeased in service if I known this I would have never selected this provider to fix my car issues .

image My Q50 ran into a pothole the other day. I thought that the front tire on the driver side was leaking. Because I noticed that Danielle seems to be very nice to customers while I was in the service center to get my car checked previously. I decided to give her a call. I was not disappointed. She was responsive, patient and very helpful. She offered to pick up my car from my house when she heard I had a back pain. The whole thing went smoothly. My concern was taken care of within a few hours and my car was returned to my house washed clean and shinning. She provided an excellent service. I really appreciate it.

image I had my car (QX60) loaded to go away for the weekend and my notification light came on that my tire pressure was extremely low in one tire. I decided to take it to the dealership rather than just fill it and run the risk that I get a flat on my trip. Rian greeted me and immediately assumed responsibility for getting it done. I don’t know how he squeezed me in, but the tire was patched and I was on my way in very quick time. He never made me feel like my request was an imposition. I know by putting me in the queue I was probably bumping other service later in the schedule.(Sorry!) I was extremely grateful and glad in my decision to come to the dealership for help (I purchased my car and have it regularly serviced at Jim Coleman). Rian’s superior customer service has made me a believer and I definitely want him to be my service rep moving forward.
