I called to see if I could have Flowers sent to a friend and was received by a really unpleasant man. He sounded very annoyed, Dull, it gave the impression that he had no intention to help me at all. So unfortunately I had to take my business elsewhere, I sure do hope that young man fixes his attitude for the sake of the clientele planning on calling.

Placed an order online. When I called to ask what will be delivered, they told me they can't serve the area I was sending flowers to, but they will contact another store, who will send the same bouquet as was shown in the website. The said they can't send me the picture of what will be delivered. The bouquet that my guest received was different and didn't meet my expectations. I would have appreciated if their website refused to take the order if they wouldn't be able to serve the area. Otherwise, even if it did, if an appropriate bouquet as beautifully designed as on the website was delivered.

Chose LULU because I detest the big online florists and wanted local. Girlfriends birthday, so I ordered a beautiful bouquet and selected the largest size available for $100. Based on previous experience with the internet florists, I anticipated disappointment. In the box for comment, I asked that it be delivered as early in the day as possible. At 1000am she called and was thrilled with the bouquet, and sent me a picture. It was exactly as I ordered and delivered early as requested. I no sooner got off the phone with her then LULU called to confirm delivery! GREAT BUSINESS, RELIABLE ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
