My 84 yr old Father needed a new phone, he drove an hour to meet me in Bethesda. We arrived this morning at 10:30 and the store was still closed, Saturday hours state they open at 10am. They finally opened at 10:40 and there was only one person ahead of us. I tell them my father needs a new phone, his current phone no longer works and it his only means of communication. They ask if we have an appointment and we do not. I ask if we can make an appointment, we are told there are none available. The store is completely empty. I look around and say the store is empty, clearly there must be an available time right now for an appointment. Nope, no appointments available. Once again, the store is empty. The employees here dont want to make a sale or do any work. Avoid this store and I would avoid Verizon as well.

One cannot by any means contact this store directly and ask a question. Every call gets routed to the Verizon call center. Good luck with trying to buy a product from a store that has no email or telephone number on record.
