      image This is the 2nd year we are in this apartment. Last year the heating stopped working mid January and it didnt work for 2-3 weeks. This year stopped end of February and still not working (April). The manager says this is a big problem on the central system affecting about 30 apartments

      image We lived here from 2016 - 2020. Flats 8300 was hands down the best living experience I've had in the US. The concierge staff, maintenance team, and management team went above and beyond to help make you feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this building to anyone thinking about renting there.

      image A great place to live! The entire staff is very helpful to our needs, and quick to respond. All facilities are kept in a great shape. The gym is open 24/7 and the pool area is lovely and big. I love the convenience of the whole building, including a four-floor parking garage.I live here with my family and 2 cats and could not feel better anywhere else....BETHESDA AND FLATS8300 - thats simply the best match possible!

      image The building is very well run. The facilities are kept pristine. And the staff is extremely responsive, whether it's a maintenance issue or a question about dry cleaning, etc. (Shout out to the outstanding concierge team, particularly Kayla.)
