      image Maecy was amazing! With the help of Maecy, my move was great. My apartment was in great shape when I moved in. She had the bars for my tub and the shower curtain installed. Im glad that moved to The Flats. The apartment is great!

      image It is an excellent place to live, very nice area, very quiet in the building, perfect to rest, the management team is great Sara, Chris, Rochelle and the maintenance staff are geniuses Daniel and Tonny, they solved my problems in record time, grateful to all.

      image I have lived at Flats for a year and a half and my partner and I absolutely love it. Even during the pandemic, the apartment has made an effort to engage its residents. My friends are always talking about how my apartment does so many more events/food giveaways/resident appreciation than their apartments. Our neighbors have been nothing but courteous, the property management team has always responded quickly and promptly with maintenance requests, and everyone is friendly. Plus, there are so many dogs to love. The building is clean and the amenities are unbeatable (rooftop, club room, gym, beautiful water feature at the entrance). The location here is also unbeatable, right on the Capital Crescent trail, right next to the city center (so many restaurants!), and somehow has a suburban and green feel. I am very happy with my choice to live here!

      image Ive been living at the flats for 2 years and Ive been very happy with the staff & my stay here overall. Alex Green, Lloyd, and Shuntel are great very nice they are friendly and inviting and always there to help. Tony is very helpful he came to my apartment and replaced my washing machine and hooked me up with a nice one! Chris the property manager is one is the coolest people Ive met. Overall great team and great place to live!
