Long term resident - recently moved. Nicest apartments and rental community in Fed Hill *ruined* by current leasing staff. Lived at Harbor Hill through several managers, and all were terrific until the most recent: surly, unhelpful, condescending and dismissive of residents. Acts as though Harbor Hill would be great...if only the residents would just disappear! Long-term construction project and loss of parking on the horizon don't help, but at least those are temporary issues. Really a terrific shame, but ultimately felt the substantial price tag wasn't worth being treated like an inconvenience. Potential renters beware!
Update: Too funny! Management takes Stevie's one-word, 4-star comment (i.e., "OK") and says thanks for the 5-star review that they "exceeded expectations!" What nonsense. Typical of the 'new and improved' Harbor Hill.

Yesterday I was asked for 100 dollars cash out of pocket because my door was locked.Maintenance got there with the key and immediately left when I didn't have 100 in cash to give him at 1am absolutely disgusting don't waste you time these people care nothing about you.
