      image Trying to cancel my deceased parents wireless service. Cant get anyone on the phone at Verizon forever. In the day I finally do, it takes 20 mins for the rep to tell me I have to go to the store. I drive across town only to arrive to 8 people waiting on 2 reps. I may pass away before seeing someone. Verizon customer service bites.
